Athletes can train unlimited number of sessions per week


Athletes will receive instruction in the following areas:

Ages 7 - 12

 

 

Running Mechanics
First Step Reaction
  
Lateral Speed
"In the game" speed
  
Change of Direction
Conditioning
  
Hand-eye Coordination
Mental Toughness
   
Competitiveness
Strength and Power Training
(mimics actual sports movement)

 



Some time slots are discounted - call for details!
Programs are divided into the following 2 categories:
    
Gold Medal Program:   3 day pre-season
    
Silver Medal Program:   2 day post-season / in-season training
