Written testimonials from our athletes, parents, coaches and friends...

Coming to Aspiring for the last 2 months has helped me gain speed for the ladder drills. I like all of the instructors because they are nice, but tough.
- Abbie Coar

I have been training at AC for over a year now and love the workouts. Having a set plan on what workouts to do keeps me motivated and in shape. I've gotten better at the harder workouts too since I've been coming here.
- Sam Agostini

My favorite part of training at Aspiring is the turf drills. They have helped me get a lot faster since I started here 2 years ago.
- Jerry Long

This year will be our second year putting our kids(all 4) into the sports performance program at Aspiring Champions. I love that the kids get a great workout, come out sweaty, and have fun doing it. The kids love the variety in drills and coaches! My kids just love AC. They never complain about having to go to class or the workouts. They are challenged differently by each trainer which is refreshing when we bring the kids 5 days a week!
- Luisa DeSimone

So far after a couple of months training at Aspiring it's a hard workout, but in a good way. I'm totally buff now and I love the cardio from class.
- Grant Behmke

I like getting stronger, faster, and being pushed to the limits. I have bee training at AC for a year now and I've lost weight and have more muscle definition.
- Joey DeSimone

The trainers are interesting and have taught me a lot! My speed has improved and now I can see muscles and I feel stronger.
- Chris Blakeley

For the past 3 weeks I have been coming to AC. The classes give me a challenge and good everyday workout. I've definitely improved my stamina and gotten stronger from training at AC.
- Mckenzie Hallstrom

I've been training at AC for about a year. I like the great workout the coaches give us and meeting new people is awesome! I've become a lot faster and quicker as a softball catcher. I really like going to Aspiring!
- Maddalana G.

For the passed 3 weeks I have been coming to AC the classes give me a challenge and good everyday workout. I've definitely improved my stamina and gotten stronger from training at AC.
- Shannon Beattie

The facility at Aspiring Champions is huge and the different trainers keep the workouts interesting and fun. I have better footwork and am a lot faster thanks to AC!
- Erin Mann

The best decision we made for our daughter Priya is to bring her to Aspiring Champions. As a parent and her tennis coach I am seeing a huge change in her speed, footwork, and balance. Similarly with Taylor Nguyen who is starting to compete better. Thank you and your crew at AC. In fact Priya is extremely unhappy that she will not attend AC during the summer months as she will be at tennis camp 5 hours a day all summer. We will pick it up in August and continue through the school year.
-Arvind Aravindhan

Our kids have been coming to Aspiring Champions for about 5 months. We like the classes here because everyone is friendly and very encouraging. Our kids have gained more self confidence, positive outlooks, and a good overall attitude for fitness.
- Carla Marrone

I like Aspiring Champions training my son because of it's intense exercise and has helped build Thomas's confidence. My son is 10, plays baseball and basketball, and loves training at Aspiring.
- Maryanne Cole

Being a member of the Aspiring Champions’ Team has made Joe both a confident athlete and individual. Physically, he gained the confidence, strength and endurance necessary to become a viable member of The Prep’s Varsity Soccer Team. On a personal level, Joe’s ability to serve as Student Council President at The Prep was a direct result of the confidence in himself that he acquired at AC. I believe the impact that Aspiring Champions’ has had on the individual that Joe has become will follow him throughout his life and hopefully provide him with more success stories in the future.
- Debbie Anzur

After 4 months of training at Aspiring Champions I’ve gotten faster and I have better stamina. I love the trainers and the people here! I also love Steve! – Ali Bruckner goes to Del-Val Friends and plays tennis
“I’ve been training at ac for four years , my improvements were that I got faster , stronger and learned how to work harder and strive to be the best I can be, and my favorite part of training at aspiring was test days because I could see if my hard work was paying off and what I need to work on.
- Teron Dobbs

I have to say training on the bikes and lifting is my favorite part of working out at AC. I’ve only been here for a month and half and I’ve gotten stronger and have better stamina.

- Danny Snarponis goes to St. Joe’s Prep and plays basketball and soccer

The coaches and the good training is why I come to AC.. I’ve improved in the drills more since being here for 2 years.” – Gabby Legendre goes to Upper Merion and plays soccer, track, and basketball

- Autumn Wedderburn attends Agnes Irwin and plays soccer and basketball

I’m 14 and have been training at Aspiring Champions for over a year now. I train to get better at football, basketball, baseball, and golf. I like the agility and power drills we do in class. I have gotten quicker, stronger, and much faster. Training here helps me become an overall better athlete because of the hard work I accomplish here.

- Ricky Venuto

From training at Aspiring and working with Stu I have lost weight, put on lean muscle, changed body shape, and am much stronger. I’ve been here for about 9 months and I like the equipment and drills because they vary and are challenging.

I’m head Coach of The Valley Forge Patriots 14u Black Fast Pitch softball Team. I have been Coaching 23 years. My Team has Been Training at Aspiring Champions going on 3 years. Aspiring Champions has a winning Atmosphere and is very helpful to all 4 VALLEY FORGE PATRIOTS TEAMS!

My team stays motivated through hard work at their game and fitness training to keep strong.
The Valley Forge Patriots went 6 wins-1 loss on the weekend with solid Pitching (2 SHUT OUTS) excellent defense (1 ERROR all weekend) and Power hitting with 5 Home Runs. Out scored our opponents 58- 24.
- Mike Lorine

I came to Aspiring Champions to improve my strength and endurance. After being here for only 6 months, I already lift much bigger weights! I like Aspiring because they have better trainers and tougher training than I have seen before.
- Brian Weiss

I have bee training at Aspiring for 3 years because it keeps me in shape, introduced me to weight training and how to manage my workouts, definitely made me faster and more agile. I play soccer and have utilized AC for improvement. Aspiring Champions has helped make me by far in the best condition on my team, whether in sprints, suicides, long distance I was always first to finish. My favorite athlete is Andres Iniesta.
- Joe Anzur

Aspiring (and all the coaches) have done a tremendous job training two or our three kids. Not to mention helped the Conestoga Crew Team. Our daughter, Meagan, was side lined with a broken ankle and thanks to 6 weeks of Aspiring, she was at the top of the pack for tryouts. Aspiring Champions is one of the best investments you can make for your kids if they are athletes or just need to get in better shape.
- Kelly Hudson

The program you ran for the boys at Strath Haven proved extremely beneficial. The level of confidence, speed, and agility was evident the first day of practice.
- Mike Barr
I like the encouragement… and that everyone knows when to be serious and when to joke around. Thank You!

- MaryKate DeLong
Aspiring is like no other, it’s the best workout that I have experienced yet. Even though you tire me out at times it’s worth it. You’re tough but an awesome trainer. Good Luck with the new place and your own training. I’ve been with you for four years and I’m looking forward to the rest! Love Ya!
- Susan Boyer
I like how you can always count on a tough workout when you come. Seeing and feeling the results on the field help me a lot. Knowing you are not tired when mostly everyone else is gives you a definite advantage.
- Bob Schneider
Aspiring Champions is the best thing you can do for your athlete… period. Being an employee of Aspiring Champions, I have seen dramatic improvement in the physical training levels of all of our athletes. And myself, being an athlete, have used the training methods to improve my soccer ability.

- Megan Bloomer
I have been playing Rugby for 17 years and do not want to stop. However, each year I feel myself losing a step. I came to Aspiring Champions to stop that loss, or even better to regain what I had ten years ago. Wes has been my trainer for this endeavor and has been exceptional. He pushes me hard but everything he does has a purpose. Our training sessions are constantly changing so I am never bored and constantly stay motivated. Although it is painful at times, I always leave here with a smile on my face. Aspiring Champions has exceeded my expectations and was well worth the investment. I would highly recommend them to anyone, except for my competition.
- Wayne DiMarco
Thank you for helping me get a lot better with my running skills, power, etc!! It’s way better than Lightning Fast!!

Matt Socci

Aspiring Champions Coach Matt Socci

I have worked as a coach for Aspiring Champions for the past two years and enjoyed every minute of it. I have received excellent experience and training through my mentor and Aspiring Champions President Stuart Miller. Working alongside Stuart we have been able to develop a fun and effective program to help athletes become quicker, faster, and stronger.

In 2006 I graduated from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA and then went on to get my Masters Degree in Secondary Education from Chestnut Hill College. I am currently also a high school teacher in Philadelphia and I love working and motivating kids every day! As an athlete playing soccer, baseball, and basketball in my sports career I know what it takes to excel, stay mentally tough, and stay in peak athletic shape.

The most important thing in the Aspiring Champions program is for the kids to have fun, build relationships with other athletes/coaches while getting quicker, faster, and stronger. I am proud to be a part of such a great team of coaches and athletes!
