Aspiring Champion’s programs are geared to improving the performance of each individual athlete. Our athletes become faster, quicker, and stronger. Modeled after the collegiate matriculation process, AC guides athletes of all ages to their fullest athletic potential through a rigorous process of sports conditioning and movement training.
Aspiring Champion incorporates a speed training program that focuses on leg strength and power, this includes technique training, to help our athlete's to improve their running speed and power, while minimizing injury.
Agility and quickness training improves an athletes ability to change direction, brake suddenly and perform sport-specific skills with speed and direction. Our program helps develop an athlete's fast twitch muscle to increase their agility and quickness.
Strength training increases muscle strength by making your muscles work against a weight or force. Our program utilizes different resistance training techniques, including weights, resistance bands, TRX and body weight, based on your athletes specific program.
